Share in four days of Reclaiming style, Earth-based spirituality, magic, and community!
Redwood Magic family camp, which sprang out of Witchlets in the Woods in 2013, brings together 60-70 people of all ages. Join us in the redwoods at Mendocino Woodlands as we weave a web that crosses the generations.
Redwood Magic is a do-it-ourselves family camp. During our time at camp, all of us will be responsible for creating a vibrant, magical experience!
We especially welcome BIPOC, non-binary and LGBTQ families, and young adults. Costs are kept low by being a volunteer camp (Except for a paid cooking team).
Camp may fill up. Registration and email confirmation secures your family a space at Redwood Magic. See our reg page for deposit and refund policies.
This is a community retreat, not a festival or a drop-in camp. We ask that people plan to attend the entire event (unless advance arrangements are made) and be committed to co-creating camp culture.

Redwood Magic Camp Agreements
- We treat everyone with respect
- We strive to be kind, inclusive, and welcoming with everyone
- We strive to create a safe and accessible camp for everyone
- We try to be pro-active in addressing conflict, to repair connections when conflict happens, and to engage in a facilitated conflict resolution process as needed
- We don’t use electronic devices in common spaces (or take pictures without consent)
- We try to reduce the harm of chemical exposure by using scents and sprays in designated areas, and being mindful about touch
- We each take responsibility for ourselves and the community
